Shire Building Design is a dream to work with. Integrity, vision, communication, honesty and respect are the only words I would use to describe the team at SBD. We approached Jake when we purchased our sandstone cottage in Gymea Bay, as we wanted to add a modern addition to the existing house. We immediately knew after our first meeting with Jake and Daniel that they understood our vision, needs and budget. Not only that they gave us so many creative recommendations, but the whole process, from initial discussion to the final drawing has been smooth sailing. We cant wait to see our dream home come to life at the end of this year!

We have recently engaged the Shire building Design team to design our dream home being built at the end of this year. We have been very impressed with the level of detail and listening we have experienced with Jake.
