What a great service Emerald Cardiac provide to the Macarthur area by Bulk Billing. I saw Dr Rajan REHAN and found him to have great people skills. He has a pleasant nature, knowledgeable and answered any questions I asked. It is extremely important in these trying times to have someone who makes you feel important and not just a number. The staff are also very friendly.

Shame on you guys!! Such a disappointment! You are playing with peoples lives, shame on you!! You dont deserve even this one star but unfortunately I have to do it. I saw dr Amit in October and he put me on tablets as I have a heart problem. He told me to come back in January to see if I have to increase my dose.The Lady at the reception booked me for the 4th of January. In the meantime my heart problem worsened and I had to go to the emergency 4 times in a couple of weeks. Doctors from there helped me and they highly recommend to see doctor Amit again for the detailed check up meanwhile Pericarditis is killing and its coming back for the 5th time and on top of that I have another heart problem. I am waiting for the 4th of January desperately so I can see doctor Amit and see whats going on with my heart, I am a single mother of two young kids. I got a call today from a very rude lady from the reception who is telling me that the doctor cant see me on the 4th of January because he is not working on that day!!!!!! Why in the world did you book me on that day if he is not working???? I asked her what should I do now because I really need to see him soon and if he cant see me on the 4th I understand that but find me another day in January please the lady was very rude and she said that I need to understand them and the doctor can MAYBE see me in April!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS???? Shame on you guys you are playing with us and if something happens to me you will have me on your soul!!! As is very busy time of the year and Xmas on the corner there is no other cardiologist who can see me and my heart is killing me!! I have no words worse clinic ever!! Those Poor people who must come to see you and very poor service is there as well. Every one on the reception is just so unfriendly and dark.. I have no more words to describe this shame.

I personally had an exceptional experience at Emerald Cardiac centre. The staffs were incredibly supportive and surpassed all our expectations from a patient perspective and I could not be more humbled and grateful for the care I received. This extends also to the consultant cardiologist Dr Rajan Rehan whom all cared for me on a personal level rather than strictly professional which was so refreshing and incredible to witness. A huge thanks to the doctors and team at Emerald Cardiac, sincerely appreciate everything you all did for me and this centre has my highest recommendation for anyone looking for patient-centred care where the patient comes first. I never felt rushed and instead was always listened to and all my concerns were adequately addressed and explained which was so important to me. I hope the next generation of students take example from the incredible team at Emerald Cardiac, we need more doctors like this in the healthcare field. I felt completely comfortable and understood and will be referring all my friends and family to Emerald Cardiac and could not wish for better healthcare services.
