Need improve with your communicate skill

Similar to another reviewer here, I have been incorrectly nominated as a driver of one of Sime Darbys vehicles which incurred a large number road tolls (with a license plate I have never owned and in a city that I havent been to in 5 years). I have spent many frustrating hours on the phone, filling out paperwork and writing emails to the tolling company, Linkt (who are equally incompetent) trying to get this rectified. Now Im receiving the notices/court orders etc. with someone elses name but to my address! I will be sure to avoid any business associated with Sime Darby in the future - utterly incompetent.

Ive never been too, purchased, loaned or even spoke to these guys yet somehow theyve nominated me for driving one of their vehicles? Ive ended up copping a fine for their incompetence, if this isnt fixed up and adjusted Ill be looking to take this further There isnt even a phone number provided to contact any body I have no doubt this place is a scam/fraudulent

We are extremely annoyed with this dealer. My husband took a day off work and we travelled an hour for our appointment to view a vehicle. We offered the salesman $19000 as the advertised price was $19999. He said that was a fair offer and to come back and he would prepare paperwork. Shortly afterwards we received another call saying that our offer was not accepted and that they had other customers looking at the vehicle. Upon checking the ad on car sales the price had increased by another $3000 which clearly left us no negotiation in the price. We thought we would have been dealing with a reputable and trustworthy company.
