Dr Indu comes with my highest recommendation. My septoplasty went as planned with NIL discomfort. There was no pain post-operative, what so ever. Dr Indu is very pleasant, kind, empathetic and has a genuine concern for her patients. She has an excellent bedside manner, gives you the time you need to discuss your concerns and cannot be more helpful. Thank you for your genuine care and concern. Much appreciated.

The reception staff are some of the worst Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my entire life. Theyre impatient, rude, inconsiderate and condescending. Everything reception at a doctors surgery SHOULDNT be. I honestly dont know how they sleep at night with the way they talk to people, their attitude is so dismissive its breathtaking. I will never understand why Dr Gunawardena keeps them on, considering the other reviews about them. I hope one day they need help like the patients that come here do and get treated exactly the same way they treat people - like theyre unimportant whingers whose problems dont matter. Awful people who are truly in the wrong profession.

VERY Unhelpful! My partner took our 11month old daughter to see Dr Indu she sent them to hospital as daughter was in pain 3rd broken ear drum.. no follow up..treated like peasants as we don't have private health..emailed, no reply, called through, lady at reception was all to quick to pass the buck onto the hospital as it was 'there responsibility now' Absolutely useless so angry with the care factor towards my daughter. Hopefully another ent will help my daughter when they open back up after Christmas break as she's in pain again.

I cannot recommend Dr Indu highly enough. She performed adenoid and tonsil removal surgery, along with turbinates reduction for my daughter. She was not local to us but we found her via the Self Pay Surgery website. The entire process was smooth and complication free, leading to a remarkable improvement in her sleep and behaviour-related issues. Currently, we continue to seek Dr Indu's advice for my daughter's allergy related concerns, including testing and immunotherapy. She has helped us find the cause of my daughter's reactions. After previously seeing two local allergists who were unable to provide adequate help or answers, we gladly make a one hour journey each way to see Dr Indu. Her exceptional care has made all the difference in our daughter's well-being.
