Unbelievably bad patient service. Their reception is about as friendly as an iceberg Apparently, you have to email the GP's referral before you can get an appointment. God forbid that a lot of patients on the Central Coast don't have scanning and email abilities. Apart from that, having called the GP to see what could be done, it seems you have to have ESP abilities to know that you should have asked reception staff to email the referral BEFORE you leave the GP practice, How is this the "friendly" service these people spruik???

So glad I cancelled before I wasted my time. Apparently there's a strict covid policy that won't allow babies over 6 months old to accompany their parent, even if that baby is disabled and unable to be medically cared for by anyone but the mother. The receptionist said get a sitter.....really? I'm sorry but no NSW legislation states that anywhere. Absolute Discrimination!! Also, if you want to waste your entire morning on hold to be met with rude staff...go ahead.

Would love to rate Shashi higher; however he needs new receptionists. My partner was assaulted at work, and shashi got us in for an urgent last minute appointment, we were there within the hour and the PRUDE on reception made our day so much worse. Yelled at us for not having a mask as we had come straight from another clinic that didnt require them. (Mind you my partner just had his nose broken and wouldnt be able to breath with one on) Then demanded I leave the clinic as I wasnt allowed to even sit in the waiting room with him. She was constantly snapping, huffing & puffing at any customer that tried to talk to her. My partner could not speak due to the level of assault on his face but yet she demanded I leave, she wouldnt even accept his name from me, she said (uh Im not talking to you, are you the patient?). We will NOT return here because of her, she made a bad day much worse. Older lady with typical blondish hair and Karen hair cut
