Very happy with my teeth! Braces came off today, I was referred to Peter by Bupa dental after a bad experience with another orthodontist that nearly ruined my teeth. Cannot stop smiling now :) Thank you so much Peter :)

I have spent the last 5 months wasting time and money in an effort to rectify Dr. Foo's incomplete treatment. For much of that time I have felt embarrassed to go out and talk to people because his treatment has given me trouble smiling properly, as well as a little trouble talking. When I came to him a little over 8 months ago and told him about this, told him that I felt my right canines were protruding too much and this was affecting my speech (which experience has since confirmed for me beyond doubt), he recommended that I go see a speech pathologist, that I pile time and expense upon myself to solve a problem which a more sensible man would have just solved himself. He did not listen. Over the course of several visits across about three months, I spent up to an hour at a time trying to convince him to move these teeth around, to try anything. He would not tell me why he couldn't, excepting some vague nonsense about how it was science - no specifics. Often he would say he didn't want to make any unplanned changes because his first priority was to avoid causing harm. Understandable. But in this case it was like refusing to steer clear of an iceberg for fear you might hit something. I told him again and again the trouble I was having, that it wasn't going away - even though he assured me it would - and he did absolutely nothing. I was polite and compliant with his instruction. So much the worse for me! Eventually he gave up, took my arch wires off (because they were putting me in constant, nagging discomfort) and offered me a partial refund, 25%. This was fair enough, but you'd rather not need one. Of course this was phrased in the usual euphemisms about my personal and totally unrelated decision to seek treatment elsewhere, but the fact is it's because he couldn't or wouldn't treat me, which is bad either way. On receiving the refund it took about half a dozen ignored emails and a phone call until, over a month later, I was told the precise amount. Since then I've visited one other orthodontist who was a whole other can of worms, Dr. Baisi at The Ortho Practice, and three others I've consulted since, and none of them have been willing to help me. On trying to get Dr. Foo to look at my teeth again, I was told that my treatment is "finished" (75% finished?), which apparently means it's physically impossible to get me back in. I've gone through hell trying to rectify the results of his treatment. While not entirely his fault, none of this would have happened if he had done the job right the first time, and I would have let this slide if he had responded with something resembling a reason for refusing me further treatment, even if only that he was incapable. Take your business elsewhere.

I think he is great, I chose him because my children went to the dentist who was there before. I am an adult patient who had braces before and I found him to be fabulous, I see him in Chatswood.

After a terrible experience with a different orthodontist, we found Dr.Foo and his staff to be kind, professional and excellent when fitting braces for my son. It was a wonderful experience, and staff made my son feel so welcome and safe. I highly recommend their services. The empathy and support they show young children really makes them stand out. My son's teeth look absolutely amazing!!
