Wouldnt allow me to book an appointment with a doctor I hadnt seen before to get a mental health care plan because my normal doctor was on leave.

Unfortunately I had the worst possible experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment for my 6-month-old niece with a doctor from this center via the website. I've booked the appointment in the afternoon for the following day in the morning. Because my niece was having a bronchiolitis crisis. She was diagnosed at the emergency service, where they asked us to see a GP. I took the document to explain what it was about and the doctor refused to see a 6-month-old child with difficulty breathing because I had not taken the covid test. absurd and a lack of respect for human beings. Disappointed with this attitude. and even had the corage to send a text message saying they were sorry for the missed appointment and that a cancellation fee would be applied. Disgusting. I would give 0 stars if possible.

A nice small friendly medical centre, just sometimes doctors get too busy , need a bit of patience. Their services are ok, doctors are qualified for normal issues , for big issues might be slightly too much for them, but a good place it is.
