Possibly the best agent I've ever dealt with. Olivia was upfront and honest about the property from our first phone call. There was a lot of interest in the property and she kept me up to date all through the process. When we secured the property she was helpful recommending local trades and building inspectors. She was very responsive and patient with my numerous questions and was always willing to help. When a number of unexpected problems were found with the property she helped me renegotiate with the vendor to an outcome that suited both parties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Olivia to any potential purchasers or vendors and I will certainly be using her again if we buy or sell in the area in the future.
