        Was quoted $5500 for a single replacement wheel on a 2019 Spec RA STI ( yes you read that correctly ) told them I could buy entire set for less then that and was told best you go do that and was hung up on by the service Department. Absolutely crazy.

        Paula at Crossroads Subaru offered exceptional service and has always been very accommodating every time I have spoken to her on the phone or in person. We had an air-conditioning problem that was going to be reasonably expensive and the vehicle is over a year out of warranty. Paula went the extra mile and submitted a good will request that significantly reduced the cost of the repair. Thanks to Paula and Crossroads Subaru.
