Rudy's Rotisserie

First time trying Rudys and it was ok. Ordered crispy fried chicken which was more like grilled chicken but did have a nice flavour. Country style loaded fries- it was good but not something I would get again. Chicken burger- really enjoyed the burger. Overall, it was nice but nothing spectacular especially considering the price.

Absolutely terrible food, and somehow even worse service, genuinely shocked and stumped. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly at all!

I had heard good things about Rudy's but unfortunately my meal today didn't live up to the hype. I ordered the Souvlaki and the chicken was far too dry, this was accompanied by barely any sauce. I don't think I will be in a rush to visit again. The large meal was definitely not worth $21

Lets start with the positive Friendly greeting on arrival Asked were we 1st time customers yes we are. But sadly that's all the good there was We ordered the whole chicken plate With Lebanese bread , lemon herb sauce. Pickels The bread was slapped on. folded in half but was hard, and hard to bite. And didn't look very nice how it was served. The chicken wasn't cut put on the plate as a whole chicken . No offer of any thing to cut it. Had to ask for plates The chicken was moist , skin crunchy , but had no FLAVOUR at all. The lemon sauce wasn't tasty at all We also ordered the loaded fries. The cheese sauce had no flavour , the gravey was bland And the bacon was hard like pebbles to bite We actually sat there and ate but the whole time I was thinking why we did. On leaving I asked to see the manager Who listen to what we said but didn't Seem to care. Common sense would tell you presentation of the food means lot And it needs to be a flavour bomb to eat . Please consider improving on your presentation skills And add some flavour Like try using fresh grilled bacon on your loaded fries And more flavour seasoning on them as well Improve your brand of gravy Or offer something sharp to cut the whole chicken on the plate But teaching staff how to cut a chicken in 8ths mite help a lot.
