        What's the point of paying more for physical branches if you can't get cash out when you want it, fine you need notice for 50k but 8k is ridiculous. I've had a home loan with you since 2014 but you can't give me cash out because "policies for my protection to stop scams", time to refinance, plenty of banks with lower interest rates out there. It's my money!

        Kylie whom helped me set up my first ever account on my own was nothing but lovely, explained everything in full detail and made it all so easy to manage, also took me into a quiet room as I am deaf and I really appreciated the effort to make my experience that bit more comfortable, am very impressed with this bank as a whole as well, wonderful experience here and am so glad to have chosen NPBS to go with
