        Am disappointed with the reception.Rang a month ago to book for childs vaccination and rang on the day to confirm appointment as I didnt received a text reminder and was informed by the reception that theres no booking made when it was clearly stored in phones calendar. Because of their mistake, it has caused inconvenience and disruption to our schedule and other appointments. *Update: replying to Victorias response - my child and I are definitely in Glendale medical centre records and Im definitely not confusing you with another healthcare provider. We have to make another appointment the next day and visited the centre on 12/5/23.

        No stars would be more relevant. This practice is a disgrace, zero compassion, abuse and name calling from reception who provide false information. Brooke the receptionist calling people hero's on the phone, when making enquires into accessing medical recoreds of their deceased mother. How disguisting, perhaps some INTENSE training should be provided for this surgery asap...
