        Horrible customer service, the staff do their best to avoid interacting with customers at this bank. Second branch I have attempted to open an account at and experienced this behaviour. Had to leave because my time is valuable. I was left unattened for over 10 minutes.

        Arrived at 3.57pm this afternoon and the branch was already closed and had the lights turned off. Staff saw me at the door and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. Stockland website says open til 4.30pm would be good if your information was accurate. Customer Service = 0 Extra Mile = 0 Willingness to Help = 0
