McKenzie Bond has permanently shut down without notifying clients and without paying its debts. They were terrible to deal with when they were open and this is ultimately what happens to people with no customer service or business knowledge.

Mckenzie bond failed to pay my NRAS cash incentive payment for fincial year 2017-2018. Got feedback from Department of Social Services (DSS): The Department can confirm the Commonwealth portion of the NRAS incentive payment for the 2017-18 NRAS year was issued to Mackenzie Bond on 16 July 2018. The state portion of the incentive for the 2017-18 NRAS year was issued to Mackenzie Bond on 27 August 2018. SO , WHERE IS MY MONEY ??????? try to contact them, very hard to get in touch with Jock. Today, I cannot reach either fix line or mobile from them. GIVE me a reasonable answer. if you are going to give feedback on my comments, LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO PAY THE MONEY !!!!!!!! I am still waiting for my NRAS payment from last year. I can't get in contact with anyone there. Not by email or phone.

They rented space from us and left owing money. They have not responded to my requests for payment. When you phone their numbers are either disconnected, no one answers or mail box is full so cant leave message. As they are real estate agent they should practice what they preach and pay what they owe. I would not do business with them again and caution others. I give them 1 star, if you could give less I would.
