All I can say is, Areta and Ami. Go and get a massage with these ladies. Professional, Experienced, incredibly Talented! I always feel amazing after a massage with these 2. Followed by a sauna . Better than any spa day.

First time of experience the City Cave Broadway. Booked thru phone. Show up 30 mins earlier and said our spot been occupied. Very very disappointed with poor booking system and untrained staff. Received at least 7 emails of confirmation, but NONE email about cancellation. Receptionist said the staff to take our booking via phone was new staff and input the wrong contact phone number into the system. I even replied to those email, so which means they already know the email address is contactable to me. Manger Sophie got very rude manner to explain their cancellation and booking policy as its seem like our fault of not confirming the booking without any apologies. The wrong phone number recorded in the system should not count on the customer. They were saying that if payment is not proceed then the spot will cancel. This makes us feel like we dont want to pay. But the fact is we didnt received any information about billing through email, SMS and verbal. There are many ways to inform the customers before we show up, but they just cancel the booking straightaway without any notice. Worst spa experience so far. Never come back. Apology received from the upper management via both verbal and email.
