Had fantastic food at the Glebe San Churro this evening. The churros and volcano cake were both perfectly served and cooked. Which is why it was so disappointing to have staff pushing my group out the door. I understand that there are many people on a Saturday evening looking to find a seat. However, there were 6 seperate instances in the 25 minutes we were seated in the cafe where staff were asked by myself and my group to please leave the plates on the table as we were not finished. They made us feel extremely uncomfortable and pushed to pack up and move on. Another couple who were seated at a table across from my group even left prematurely with food still on their plates as they were taken away by staff. Again I understand that staff are under the pump on a Saturday evening but I think it is important that customers are encouraged to enjoy their meals at their own pace. As there were multiple staff doing this I think management needs to ensure they arent encouraging staff to move customers on. Financial gain should not supersede customer satisfaction and experience.
