Due to unsatisfactory experiences with past psychiatrists and psychologists, I came with no expectations but an open mind.
After 7 sessions, Ive found Dr V to be kind and gentle, very supportive and takes a genuine interest in my wellbeing and that of my family members.
Hes helped elevate my sense of self-worth and prescribed exercises to restore my mental balance and wellness.
Im glad to have found a psychotherapist that I can go to and rely on whenever that need arises.
