From start to finish, Dr Negus and his receptionists were friendly, professional and so well organised. I have had both my knees done and everything went brilliantly. Dr Negus explained everything to me and what to expect and I no longer have sore knees!! Thank you so much for helping me.

Contacted Jointworks mid last year and was very impressed with Dr S Williams who explained my condition (osteoarthritis) and treatment proposed. His level of knowledge was very impressive and he explained everything in terms that were easy for me to understand. He has now replaced both my hips, 1st in Oct 2022 and the 2nd in Dec 2022, recovery from both operations has been seamless and I find it hard to remember the discomfort, and loss of ability to enjoy the simple things in life, that was prevalent prior to the operations. As I have said Dr Williams is highly a knowledgeable, and skilled surgeon, but the stand out for me is that he genuinely cares about his patients, this has shown through in every aspect of my treatment/recovery, thank you Dr Williams, I cannot recommend you highly enough to anyone needing Orthopedic treatment.

Visited the clinic today after a knee injury overseas, Dr Jonathan and his team were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Client services was great with me, in touch with me making sure I knew prices etc. Dr Jonathan took time to explain all my options for me and made me feel very comfortable also was helpful in making me understand the way the health care works here in Australia as it was my first visit at such a clinic. Would highly recommend to anyone thanks to you all.
