Our son recently had emergency bowel surgery. Dr Pearson, Dr King and team were incredibly reassuring and professional. They looked after our son throughout his ordeal and the staff post surgery were kind and also very professional. Thank you

Beware - Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. Dr Andrew Pearson's reception staff have no time, no sympathy and no regard for patient care or well being. After a Cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal), I called the practice to discuss ongoing pain and generally feeling rather ill. The reception team member told me that it had nothing to do with the surgery, and if I wanted to see the Doctor, there was only one time ever available for me, which I could not attend.
