I hate to do this but sick and tried of people not being held account for poor performance. Brief run down took brush cutter in to get repairs before Xmas. So far I've been back in 3 times.(soon to be 4 times Monday morning) I was charged for work and parts on the brush cutter which was never done. After confronting them and asked if it was acceptable to charge for parts and work that never got done, there answer was no! There is a lot more to this story, they did give me a refund so you would think what's the big issue. Let's see I still have a non working brush cutter( that went in originally for a broken pull cord)that I've spent money with them already, I'm guessing I'll be getting a reply from the owner to have a chat and work it all out.

I just called these guy and tried to describe the symptoms in the hope of getting some advice. The mechanic wouldnt even talk to me and the junior just insisted on bringing it in. 2 phone calls later calling an independent I got great advice and will be going there instead.
