Unfortunately we have not had the time nor energy needed to spend on looking for a new home. It was such a relief to know we had someone looking after us and going that extra mile when we could not. We were referred to Propertybuyer by a friend however we hesitated to commit as it seemed crazy to have to pay someone else to find a house. But after a few failed attempts at securing a property, we asked Rich and Monique at Propertybuyer and they had it all done and dusted one month later. We would definitely recommend Propertybuyer to anyone looking to buy their forever home!

The team was professional, prompt and offered expertise and negotiation support that made the process much easier for us. Only reason for not giving a complete 5 star rating was that sometimes we were offering up properties for our assigned buyer to investigate when that really should have been done for us. In the end though, a positive experience and would use them again and recommend to others. Be sure you have a well defined buyers brief and stick to it - this helps both them and you.

Thank you to Monique and Matt who helped us buy our dream home. After missing out on a couple of properties and 6+ months of attending open homes every Wednesday and Saturday, we were feeling extremely worn out. We chose Property Buyer to use their expertise, particularly with the local market, support with viewings, negotiations with estate agents and the general property buying process. We saw a range of properties so they could get a true sense of our requirements and family needs then pursued one property which had an appraisal out of our price range but managed to land it within budget. The process of offering on the property to exchange of contracts was the absolute least stressful process ever, we just can't believe how smoothly and painless it was. My wife and I wanted to build an investment property portfolio but we knew we couldn't do it on our own. My brother in law was talking about using a 'buyers agent' which was a title we hadn't heard before. We started to investigate- went to a BA seminar- but it wasn't a good fit for us. I started to do my own research about finding the right BA for us. While listening to a popular property podcast I came across Rich Harvey- he sounded honest, genuine and had been in the game for some time. I decided to make contact and my wife and I booked an appointment to meet him. We liked him straight away and knew we could do business with his company. Our main challenge was not knowing what to purchase, what markets to look at and how many properties to purchase. We met with Rich to set out our goals and form a plan- he introduced us to Stewart who would be the BA we would work with. In 2017 and 2018 we purchased 2 properties ( Waterford West and Kippa ring in Brisbane) in which we still own and are seeing some nice capital growth- our tenants have been fantastic and the properties are never vacant for very long. in 2019 we wanted to buy an investment in Sydney- Stewart found us a dual income property in Oxley Park near Penrith - we purchased it for below market value and had 2 streams of rental income from the one property. We were planning to keep that property- but over 3 years it had significant growth- and we recently sold the property which allowed us to pay off the mortgage on our own family property. Our intention is to keep our Brisbane properties for the long term to provide for us as we get older and leave for our children. We just wanted to say thanks for the great service- purchasing these properties has really set us up for the future and we couldn't have created this wealth by other means. Stewart was fantastic to work with, he kept us informed throughout every step of the way. Rich was always available for a conversation or responding to an email about our next steps.
