Old English Fish n' Chips

We recently engaged old fish and chip shop to cater for our sons 21st. I can only give a 5 star review however I would gladly give a 10 star. How I got to this rating? Easy: 1. Faras and teams professional customer service was exceptional. Their experience in providing seafood for catering was spot on. They provided advise on seafood suggestions and amounts based on numbers. 2. Food quality exceptional. All cooked food was fresh, hot and crispy. Fish contains and calamari was scooped up by the crowed, finger licking good. Faras, you and your team are ace. Thank you for making our special day tasty !!

This is the second time that I have received uncooked fish. Now in addition to receiving uncooked food it is the wrong type of fish. I have no problem paying the price, however receiving the wrong food that is uncooked is just unacceptable. I'm pleased that I received a call from the owner. He offered to replace the food. We have a difference of opinion about the fish received previously being uncooked, however well done for reaching out to me.

As a Englishman this is the best fish and chip shop I've been to in Australia in the 6 years I've been here! Sensational customer service and not to mention the best curry sauce around ;)
