        First visit to the clinic today, for my 9 year old daughters flu shot. Nurse Jordan was great - friendly and made the vaccination quick and low-stress. All the staff I encountered (including reception staff) were warm and professional.

        Was told that a standard consultancy for a person with a concession card was $20 only to find out afterwards it was $20 off. Was concerned that the only other person there wearing a mask had covid.
