" I had an investment property in Fletcher NSW which was rented for 10 years and managed by Day By Day Property Management. The team were always diligent when managing the property and were very good with keeping on top of any maintenance or tenant issues that arose. I decided to sell the property in 2022. As I live interstate I was unable to do all the things necessary to get the home ready for sale so I asked Theresa and her team to coordinate the relevant trades etc to get the job done, and did they get the job done!! Theresa has very good contacts so after discussing what needed to be done she set about getting quotes and organising for the works to be done. I couldn't be happier with the outcome, the home came up a treat and was sold within the week!!!
