        Volvo Service Department are extremely POOR customer service! When you take your car for repairs obviously you wanted to fix a problem with your car, after a few days the cars problem still exist, you come back and ask for warranty they will not care about you after the money was taken. Likewise they are extremely MONEY HUNGRY. These people are UNPROFESSIONAL, condescending and extremely rude. NERVER AGAIN will I set foot in Volvo Five dock.

        Update: five dock store told us the wait time for XC40 EV is easily over a year. We just got an email from Lindfield that the wait time is around 5 months. Yuck First review: Went in over the weekend to get some information about xc40. a large Asian sales person told us no point in test driving XC40 electric and that he wouldnt recommend it. Asked to see the cars (single and double motor), he first lied he doesnt have the cares. When we walked outside the showroom straight to the one of the double motor car, he said he didnt have the key. We then saw another person got out of the car and had the key in his hand. We requested to check the car interior again at that point, he told us theres no point. Oh dear he really doesnt want to sell us a car I dont understand why. Most dismissive car sales person Ive ever met.

        Appalling customer service! They are extremely money hungry and when they have already taken your money they will not care about you. These people are unprofessional, condescending and extremely rude. NERVER AGAIN will I set foot in Volvo Five dock.

        I was very happy with my deal when recently purchasing a B6 RDesign XC90. I found Vivien particularly friendly and highly knowledgeable of the vehicle and its equipment. This is the second car in succession I have purchased at Volvo Five Dock in Sydney. Great dealership.
