    Our property has been managed by Conti strata for the past 8 years and we have always found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy and helpful. Theyre there for us when we need them but also happy to step back when no help is required which has been great financially

    I do not recommend Conti Strata. I have had a roof leak that has caused water damage to my bedroom ceiling and a water drainage issue with my awning for 1 year 2 months which Conti does not recommend to body corporate to repair in a timely manner. They are not considered urgent repairs. A member from SES and an independent roof contractor advised me that the roof leak should be repaired under strata. A roofer that cleaned the gutters once a year would not quote to address issues with the awning as the roof was deemed in such poor condition. At different times since I have lived there, the laundry was flooding with sewerage and fences were all falling down. Common property is in really bad shape. In a recent email with the attached photographs, Conti's did not recommend general maintenance be performed to the body corporate but noted if I disagreed with body corporate's decision to bring it up at the next AGM. This is a year away. My experience has been poor customer service and apathy. I feel strata should not only recommend to address urgent repairs to body corporate. General maintenance is required to ensure urgent repairs which are more expensive are less frequent. Its been a really challenging experience. ************************************* In response to Conti's comments below, in my view the contractor could not detect a dripping leak when cleaning the gutters as it was not raining. The gutter cleaning was delayed until there was no rain due to the potential safety hazard. His scope of work did not include investigating the roof leak above my bedroom ceiling only gutter cleaning. In addition, I have emailed photos of a water stain along my bedroom ceiling and a video of water over flowing onto my balcony.

When I didn't know what to do, she replied with crystal clear instructions on what to do next. Despite being at such a young age, she talks and acts with experience. I am so lucky that Alana has solved the issues with my property. 10/10 would recommend.
