        Inept, incompetent and totally useless lack of customer care and customer service. I telephoned this store to ask them what type of magazines they sell, for example fashion, travel, military, culinary/cooking, art, etc.... Instead of telling me what type of magazines they sell, the girl that I spoke to told me that she had no idea what type of magazines they sold. WHAT??? All she had to do was look on the shelves to see what type of magazines they stock. BUT SHE WAS TOO LAZY AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely outrageous! 04 January 2023
