In summary it took the great team at TECA Surveyors (Tony & Others) over 3 months to complete a very straight-forward boundary and levels survey. Tony was very responsive when securing the work however once I gave the OK to proceed, his surveyors never showed up on the correct date and time agreed to, and Tony was quite rude when questioned about what was the status. After having the surveyor complete the survey I then had to chase Tony up to get the work from him , and the only response I got was that he required payment upfront. I then paid Tony in full, and it took him a week to get the files over to me, not to mention the time I spent chasing him up to give me an update as to when I could expect them. I thought it was over , however after receiving the survey my architect informed me that it was missing key information required for my council. I informed Tony of this and he advise he would need another week to schedule a surveyor onsite. A week passed nobody had turned up. He then promise me it would definitely be done the following week. He informed me it was done and he would have the files for me in a week. This is where communication became very vague and Tony did not frequently respond to emails or phone calls for almost over 2 months, with the promise that I would get them the next day after speaking to him frequently. So if you want a survey and happy to wait 3 months and receive very rude customer service from their 'Director' Tony, go and use TECA ... The only benefit is they are very competitively priced, which may be as a result of their 'quality' of work. I honestly do not know how business like this last being abhorrently mismanaged.

We gave two large projects ( $2mil each ) to this Surveyor Tony Pham, he call him as a Director & Surveyor. and he never completed. He has 3 mobile numbers but do not answer calls. We now have to give the job to another surveyor. Very bad Surveyor. We waited for 6 months and he never completed. He give excuses like, I am on holiday in Vietnam etc.
