I just had a gastroscopy done and the experience couldn't have been better. Everybody from the reception all the way to the doctor leading the procedure were not only friendly but also communicated everything to me really well. Sarah (the nurse) was lovely and helpful and both the sedationist (Dr Sanjay Ramrakha) and the doctor leading the procedure (Dr Justine Mill) were also great. I was sedated pretty much straight away and woke up back in my room. As soon as I could get dressed someone was there to help me and guide me all the way to being discharged. It's been about 3h since the procedure and I feel great as if it never happened. I can definitely recommend them.

I got a referral to this place not by my own choice but through my GP and god it is the worst place ever. You can hardly reach anyone through the phones, they sent you the forms and collect payment but you dont get any follow up or updates after a month about your appointment or your tests results. Is this how the private medical systems work in sydney? Its atrocious how they treat patients.

Unfortunately I would not recommend going to this place. After my colonoscopy I was prescribed a number of expensive antibiotics for parasites and bacteria. Dr never even mentioned which probiotic to use. After few months my GP raised concerns about my ferritin level and I had to pay $330 for initial consultation with one of the doctors there to be told that my levels are normal ( when they are dangerously low). I was also told that taking laxatives is normal for the rest of my life. The place is designed to create patients and keep them on the role in. order to make profit but when a patient questions anything they are quickly dismissed. Very dissappointing experience.

I had a colonoscopy this week and wish to pass on my appreciation of the friendly and efficient service I received from Reception staff, nursing staff and doctors. Procedures were fully explained by doctors and nurses and Reception staff were the same regarding protocols (including COVID) and expenses. I found all staff friendly, efficient and approachable. Although I only attend approximately 3 years, I find that I experience the above each time.
