I have practiced as a health professional for over 10yrs and I saw the worse Dr-Patient relationship with one of the Drs managing my partner. Dr was so withdrawn and barely explained to patient or relative. To be arrogant to your patient or relative does not reflect best clinical practice. While I will not mention name, I'd say please do better with relating with your patients, they are the reason you have a job. Cheers.

I highly recommend Illawarra Ophthalmology as recently had a pterygium removed from my right eye. My surgeon YK is a real gem. My eye is healed and my daughter EC witnessed his steady hand removing carefully all 12 stitches, he made me feel at ease. I just had total confidence in his skills. The receptionists have always warned me when I have made appointments to have someone drive me and so I've had my daughter. This is a private practice, it is not an Optometrist where you get tested and buy glasses, these are Ophthalmologists and Eye Surgeons. I received a large Medicare rebate of $500 back after my surgery. These surgeons here at Illawarra Ophthalmology are excellent in their trained skills. I can't thank Illawarra Ophthalmology surgery enough. E.C.
