        Back in 2018 I was hospitalised and in ICU after having a DKA. I was referred to Dr Hoffman by my GP at the time. I have found Dr Hoffman to be Professional and Caring. He has an open mind, which is refreshing in a Doctor in this day and age. I have always found his Receptionist to be Caring , Professional and efficient and would highly recommend Dr Hoffman and his team.

        Horrid. 4 month wait for an appointment. Then 2 text messages with different dates confirming appointment. Tried calling and no answer even though the phone message states "hours Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30am to 5pm". Monday and Friday reception only". No chance of leaving a message and tried to return a text message to them with no answer. So turned up at reception 15mins before my appointment only to find reception closed. Sign on door closed. Gave the benefit of the doubt thinking they might me out and waited until aftet appointment time. Tried calling 5 times no answer just the same message. Luckily a gentleman walking by who has an office next door advised they left early both the doctor and receptionist. No call advising patients and that was early morning. My appointment 3pm. Thank you just lost half a days pay. So....avoid as if this is the front service it is poor enough for ne not to want to see the doctor.
