I've been renting on the Peninsula for over 20years I've never missed a week's rent over 20years I have also never had so much trouble with any real estate other than RAINE AND HORNE WOY WOY AND ETTALONG THEY ACTUALLY ADVOCATE AND RENT OUT PROPERTIES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH TODAY'S BUILDING CODES AND LEAVE THE TENANT TO ORGANIZE TIME SLOTS WITH TRADESMAN EVEN THOUGH IM MENT TO HAVE A PROPERTY MANAGER. MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN TO THIS AGENCY I LOVE LOOKING FORWARD TO MENTION HOW THEY HAVE UNFAIRLY TREATED MYSELF OVER LAST 5 YEARS REGARDS TO HAVING STANDARD REPAIRS DONE ON MY RENTAL PROPERTIES

David Keenan and his team are simply the best! We needed to sell our townhouse in Ettalong Beach during lockdown, scary thought, but made more so due to health issues that required extra care during inspections. David did everything possible to make sure we were protected and that people inspecting the property were informed and comfortable. Our property was only on the market 3 days, David communicated with us throughout each day keeping us informed throughout the whole process. He really is the ultimate professional but at the same time very lay back, friendly and approachable. David achieved more than we expected for the sale of our home with his negotiating skills, we couldn't be happier. We have no hesitation in recommending David Keenan and his team.
