i called 2 nights ago and was immediately hung up on when asking the receptionist her name. beyond disgusted, terrible customer service. receptionist needs to be fired or some serious disciplinary actions as this is not how you treat people. do not recommend will not ever be returning due to this receptionist

Absolutely disgusted with the service at this place, I called reception to find some availability but she was beyond rude, I asked if there were any early availabilitys and she gave me what she had. But when I asked so nicely if there were by chance any earlier ones she hung up. I understand at night you might get a bit frustrated but this is so way to treat someone. After calling back she was so rude and mean that I had to hang up because it became quiet stressful. I was unable to find out her name but this is horrid.

would not recommend to anyone. tried to make a booking and receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. reading these reviews, I have noticed this is not the first time. Seeing as shes still working there I highly doubt shes getting fired anytime soon so I will not be returning. I even called ahead of time to ask when I can make an appointment and got hung up on after trying to explain when I could visit after work. Very unprofessional and I am very unsatisfied. Do better.
