This is the best gym I have trained in with the most supportive community and coaches! I love the equipment we use and the programming is always designed for your success. The environment is so supportive, fun, and empowering. I can't see myself training anywhere else!!

Active Nation has been absolutely amazing. I was scared to do anything with weights before active nation, and now I absolutely love it. I have built so much confidence in the gym in the past year Ive been going. Kiera, Rosie and Liv have been amazing and not only them but all the ladies have been so welcoming! Definitely recommend!

Finally found exactly what I've been looking for, for years! Focus on full body heavy lifting, getting form right, small classes, lil bit of cardio, great space and very well equipped. Super friendly and fun group of ladies to train with and Kirra is super down to earth, motivating and knowledgeable.

Cant speak highly enough of Active Nation! A truely unique female strength gym. Small structured sessions with so much support and catering for all levels of fitness. All the benefits of personal / small group training without the price tag. I love the genuine interest Kirra and her coaches take in each ladies personal goals. The gym vibe is inclusive and supportive. A wonderful bunch of women of all ages!
