We found Carpet Court, Erina, had the largest range of carpets to view. Tracey was marvelous to deal with and our carpet was laid in four bedrooms, study and lounge room yesterday and we couldn't be happier. The boys, Luke and Brendan, who installed the carpet did a great job. Would not hesitate to recommend all involved.

Just read quiet a few other bad reviews below . Seems to be sane e worried . Ride unprofessional . Dreadful service would never Recomended . Purchased flooring advertised as water proof . Wasnt . Staff rude . Owner rude . Zero customer service . I was sold a product and advised water proof . Yet it was not it was water resistant . Complained . Amy the director refused flatly to accept any responsibility of her staff it had to be me who was at fault . She advised me I could not cancel as already ordered . No customer service at all . The staff at the store were fully aware when I purchased my flooring that it was a rebuild storm damaged and tge quote I was given to lay hard flooring was expensive due to leveling product required . Unfortunately due to heavy rain falls over the next few weeks my house was again storm damaged and we had to replace flooring . Staff were aware of this . Now we are dealing with new even flooring . No levelling required . As there was a lot of rain holding up building and further damage to my house I was harassed to allow flooring guy to lay flooring even though house was not ready . The floor layers I was recomended to by store started hassling my builders to allow access as he was going overseas for Christmas . Even though house was not ready for flooring he persisted both he and the staff at store were incredibly rude about hold up . Out of our control. The hard flooring layer Joseph Malley harassed my builders , plumber electrician to be let him in . All he was worried about was his holiday . Even though the builder advised no access he then dumped flooring in my garage in the way of trades and painters could not paint . He Refused to move it. Then went over seas left his staff to complete work with no supervision or knowledge of job . In the end my build had to instruct the guys yet they still failed to complete work properly . Took 6 weeks to fix issues . Holding up other trades . Owner of shop Amy blamed everyone else and refused to accept poor service . Then I was charged same amount to lay on new flooring when the quote was for old flooring that needed a lot of levelling . When I refused to pay fir filling and my builders and trades all witnessed this floor layer threatened me that he would come and pull up flooring . Mind you , I own flooring . He has tried to stand over me and threaten me to the point I have called police . I have paid 2500 instead of 3100 where he charges me for leveling products however my flooring did not require and my builder made sure flooring g was level . Extremely poor service and experience . Would never recommend .

So pleased with our new carpet by Graham Sharp Carpet Court. Ame and the team were so helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me through the decision process and shared pros and cons for each of my ideas. The installers were also so helpful and easy to work with. The final result was just what I was hoping... I would recommend to my family & friends. Thank again everyone.
