Image Carpets & Blinds did an amazing job when installing carpet at my new home. The staff I have dealt with are great at what they do. They helped me find an excellent product at a reasonable price and the customer service is fantastic. I wont deal with anybody else.

Terrible front of house customer service. We were directed here as part of our new build choice for carpets and hybrid. It was that bad we had to tell our builder we are cancelling our floors with them and getting them installed ourself. Unfortunately our builder didn't have another company for us to choose from. I've advised the owners of our build the negative experience we had. Hopefully they will get another company for their clients to choose from in future.
