Ive been struggling to find help with getting my Patrol running happily again and from the first message with Luke I was met with patience and understanding coupled with a wealth of knowledge and genuine honesty. He took the ute in for a minor service and rego check and was suddenly met with a mine field of issues that had initially gone unrecognized or undiagnosed. Despite this he handled it all with a high level of professionalism by giving me a quick call to let me know of his findings, a resolution and asking if he could continue with the works to not blow out expenses. In a time far shorter than I expected my ute was returned with not only the rego check, service and faults rectified, but also adjustments to areas that I had been previously told were at the best that could be achieved.
