Strata Central

Wow cannot believe the "Customer Service" on bio it says "old fashion great customer service" bit misleading surely. Sent email last Thursday, it's now Thursday 1 week later and still no reply. Called up for some old fasion customer service and to explain my email hasn't been responded to in 1 week and got the run around - Typical Noone wants work these days You'd think since my easily hasn't been responded to they would make situation better, right?? Not at Strata Central Very poor Strata Central - dealt with other Strata's and all very prompt and willing to help. This one not happy. Better alternatives

My strata payments have almost doubled since our building swapped to strata central. No one has been willing to tell me why - they send me links to complicated financial statements and meeting minutes but not a soul will actually say WHY Im paying such a massive strata bill now.
