Telebaby

Dr Samuel was referred to me kindly by the special care nurses who got to know myself and my son while we were in hospital after his birth. I was a little apprehensive engaging Dr Samuel as it was online and I wasnt sure how he would be able to treat my son. Having said that we have had 3 calls so far and Dr Samuel has been amazingly helpful and to be honest it has been very efficient and convenient. Dr Samuel has also been extremely easy to get ahold of and helpful thus far. Highly recommend Dr Samuel and Telebaby. Regards, First time mum of a premmie baby.

Dr. Heitner is an excellent paediatrician who provided first rate advice for my daughter's reflux issue on Telebaby. Dr. Heitner was very friendly, thorough and reassuring. He sent the necessary scripts directly to my phone, which I didn't even realise was possible! I highly recommend Dr. Heitner and his Telebaby service for anyone in need of a caring paediatrician who's obviously seen everything as an ER doctor at a children's hospital in Sydney. All of this without leaving the house.

Dr. Heitner is an excellent paediatrician who provided exceptional care for my baby's severe eczema through his Telebaby service. The Telehealth video consult was incredibly convenient, and Dr. Heitner diagnosed and treated my baby's eczema effectively via Telehealth. He sent the necessary scripts directly to my phone, making the process effortless. I highly recommend Dr. Heitner and his Telebaby service for anyone in need of a knowledgeable and caring paediatrician and all of this without leaving the house.

We are so glad we came across Dr Samuel Heitners name and business, Telebaby. After a run to the emergency department with a newborn we were so pleased to (afterwards) find a paediatrician that offered virtual consultations for our baby. Dr Heitners service was easy to book and we were quick to realise how experienced he is, and how confident and reassured we felt with Dr Heitners advice. This could have saved us a visit to the ED with our newborn. He followed up with us after an initial consult with such care for the well-being of our baby. We will continue to use his service and cannot recommend him enough for people looking for a paediatrician that is not only convenient to book, but has a depth of knowledge and experience and is a lovely person to top it off. I recently had a fantastic experience with Telebaby and Dr. Samuel Heitner. He helped me with my baby's eczema and was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The convenience of the video call and receiving the script via SMS was a huge plus. I highly recommend Telebaby for pediatric care.
