Doctors are good and friendly however I wish the receptionists could be more professional. When we booked our son's immunisation we were told that we could get it done a couple of days earlier however when we attended the appointment, doc told us they cannot administrate the booster earlier, so we had to book another appointment. Since we are new to the area, the first time we called the centre, we were trying to find a doc who has more experience with baby and skin problems, the answer we got was 'all doctors are trained' . (In all another GP we attended, the receptionist knows the doc's specialties although they are GPs); Third time, which is the time that we decided not to attend the centre anymore: we called to book an appointment for our son, once they have known that only our son has attended the centre under bulk bill, neither me nor my husband have attended, they requested no cancellation (we can cancel and reschedule before they knew that only our baby has attended). Overall, not very positive experience.

My entire family has been registered with this practice since 1997. Drs Sebesfi and McKay are fantastic. 24 years and no complaints.
