We were referred to Dr Woo for my mum's colonoscopy and following surgery. As he is fluent in both Korean and English, he was able to communicate very effectively to both myself and my mum. Dr Woo always maintained a high degree of professionalism and had a very good sense on how to address the needs and concerns of his patients . He did this whilst being very sincere and empathetic to the overall situation and always maintained a warm and calming demeanor. We always felt that we were in good hands during the procedures and his overall approach to the situations gave us a lot of comfort. I will continue to recommend him to friends and family and our family is thankful to have had such a great doctor throughout the procedures.

Dr Woo provided clear and thorough explanations before and after my mum's endoscopy procedure. He took the time to call with the test results and patiently answer any questions we had which is greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.
