        The worst costumer service Ive ever experienced in Australia . I found the sunnies I wanted and the guy said it wasnt and he didnt want to serve me anymore

        The best optometrist I've used. The optometrist performed an extremely thorough analysis and was able to provide me a much better prescription than my last optometrist. My eyes are also difficult to measure due to variance between the two and a stigamatism. They were also priced much better than the nearby competition. Super friendly too. Highly recommended.

        I bought three boxes of Air optix Aqua last weekend and asked for a deliver to my home address as they dont have anything in stock.They asked me to pay for delivery and it cost $10 for Australian Post express. So I did. On my way back I noticed the price for the same product is almost half cheaper than this store which means I can get 5 boxes from other store for the same Price! The delivery was quick and was delivered in 2 days but apparently my delivery was sent directly from IContacts supplier instead of by Australian Post! My extra $10 delivery fee was taken by the shop instead! I am not happy with their services and will not go there again and will recommend anyone to compare before you shop in this store.
