Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto Maitland (Greenhills)

I got new tyres from this store in November 2021. Couple of days later, I found half of my wheel has scratches (not kerbside, some sort of machine). I didn't want to put someone's job at risk or wanted to claim new wheel so I never notified store about that. I got my 18 months inspection booked with the store and show that wheel to Manager at store and requested him to swap that wheel to my spare. He replied that he don't care where these scratches came from and I need to pay $50 to swap 1 of my wheel. He said that its your fault that you didn't come back that time and I agree with him that I should have gone back that time and claimed for a new wheel. He gave me a lesson that there is no point to be a good customer. I put a request with Bridgestone head office to look into this matter. First, they closed my case without even talking to me. When I called again then someone called me and said same thing as Greenhills Store Manager. He said that it may be marks from a tyre changing machine but how do they know that it had happened at Greenhills store. I told them that I can provide them all my service history reports from Ford. I did see those scratches couple of days later after getting new tyres. I never ask them new wheel or compensation but their response has been very rude. I even offered Bridgestone to do some investigation and I offered to pay for invetigation if I am wrong but Bridgestone refused to do any investigation at all. I have learnt my lesson here. Its better to take some pictures of your car and wheels before you handover your vehicle to this store and any service centre. I have given them 4 star rating as I am a small business owner myself. I am not trying to ruin their image but wanted to share my experience.

Didnt have my exact tyre nstock, buy got it next day.. booked in, turned up, greeted with a freindly attitude, discussed what needed to be done, all carried out as discussed, and they even advised me of other things that I needed to address.. price was as advertised online..

These guys exceed expectations - friendly, professional, super quick and nothing too much trouble. Always accommodating even at a minute's notice, and go above and beyond. A real pleasure to deal with and would recommend them to anyone.
