Throughout my time using CCFP I have found them extremely helpful. The admin staff are always happy to help, and my experience with my psychologist has been incredibly helpful for my mental health.

DONT USE THIS PLACE !!! They will take your money, drag parents along for months charging thousands and never give the reports or diagnosis you paid for. Their unethical and unprofessional in every aspect of dealing with any member of the team. This is my own personal experience with dealing with this company.

Disclaimer: This is my own experience of the service. I felt unheard and discouraged. I wanted to help support my child and was willing to examine my parenting style and seek advice and ideas to help. I was always taught early intervention is key so I was doing what I could with the resources I had. We were willing to pay but were not encouraged to make further appointments. I felt like maybe our situation wasn't big enough and we didn't yet have NDIS behind us. We were told to go back to OT and speech and focus on that for the time being which is fine but it does not really address the behavioural issues we were facing and continue to face. It is hard enough to seek help in the first place and try and find the right help. Even a redirection to some courses would have been helpful.
