Called in unbooked, told to come back next week.Came back Tue as arranged, told they didnt have staff, quoted $70 for $50 listed service. Car was filthy so OK. Came back Wed at 1pm as organized. Another man. Told they could only do inside or outside for $70 but not both. I stood my ground and he agreed. Asked him to remove portable mobility scooter to vacuum boot. Left it on roadway in drizzling rain. Moved under cover when I requested it. Got car back and it was an amazing transformation. I was very happy. Then got into car. Drivers seat was laid right back. Have a disability sticker on car, but not offered any help to fix position. Drove out into traffic, checked my rear view window to see how fast traffic approaching, it was facing the floor and I couldnt see well out my side window as passenger seat fully forward. Pulled over as something was pushing into my leg. Couldnt stop it so drove on. As I turned into Henry Parry Dr I felt my staring wheel going up and down. Nowhere to pull over. Finally parked and lever poking my leg was because staring wheel had been unlocked and left unlocked. Had to get assistance to fix it. Picked up grandkids and the blanket under their seats had been pushed to one side. As they threw it to me to put back under their seats, it had not been shaken or cleaned and all the contents went all over the just cleaned seat and floor. So all the praise I had for the great cleaning job was dissolved away by this lack of care and the risk to my life of giving me a car with unlocked stearing wheel, and the trauma that put me through. Could have been a 5 but now wont be going back. Service: Auto interior vacuuming
