        A fantastic local butcher in East Gosford. Quality of produce is extremely high and their knowledge of the product is second-to-none. I often ask for cooking advice and they know their stuff! An exceptionally friendly team too. Highly recommended.

        Excellent quality, great range, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Reason for 3 stars? Inconsistent compliance with mask wearing by staff e.g under the nose, strip of what looked like tshirt material.

        Thank you so much for ordering in a couple of pork knuckles!!! Honestly one would have been enough.. didn't expect them to be so large. We regularly went to Edwards at Woy Woy until moving to East Gosford. Love the amazing sausages and good quality steaks!! Don't forget to ask about their beef jerky!
