I found my whole experience with Luxaflex, Erina to be fantastic from the Showroom chat, to in home quote through to install. They have very nice showroom, all products in display with operating mechanism. They are professional, friendly and easy to deal. They installed Pirouette and Luminette blinds in my place. Wow. Talk about bad customer service! Just tried calling up to get someone to come out and give us a quote on over 10 meters worth of blinds (so not exactly a small order!). The Indian woman who answered the phone seemed to go out of her way to turn a very warm lead (ie. we're ready to buy) into me practically hanging up. EVERYTHING was too much trouble for her/them. Can I get someone to come to our house for a measure and quote for some new blinds, please? 'No, you must come into our showroom'. Err, no, actually I don't. I need someone to come here, to make sure the new blinds match what we've got. 'How much do you need?' Err, I don't know. That's the measuring part of a measure and quote, I suspect... 'Who your other quotes from?' Um...why does that matter? 'We 40% more than Kresta'. Err...okay...good to know... Needless to say both Kresta and Kincumber Blinds organised a measure and quote after about 2 minutes on the phone...
