A terrible experience with a robot...sick to death of them!I pressed 4 to be tranferred to a receptionist..and all I got was silence...I waited for 30 secs ,then a robot told me to try again. I tried THREE times....this is NOT good. Bring back the good old times when a human answered the phone! This rubbish technology is sending us back to the Dark Ages!

Dreadful rude girl in MRI, watched me struggling to lay down and get when I'm not meant to be moving my neck, had a brace on and clearlywas in pain as it was impossiblenot to move this part of my body without help!!!, refused others to help!!!, exacerbated the issue!!! Had to leave due to her unhelpful condescending attitude that caused me distress. No scan achieved. EDIT. SENT IN DOCUMENTS, detailed with information of what occurred after they asked me to do so below!! and no response or acknowledgement...no wonder the staff are so disrespectful and rude,.

Extremely disappointed with a phone call I just had with one of the receptionists, she was incredibly rude and condescending when I was asking to make a couple of appointments. In the end I didnt even make an appointment because she ended it with have a nice day, bye and hung up on me.

Attended on the 5/3/2021. I had a first attendance at 11.45am in which i was given an injection & told to be back at 12.45pm for the 2nd part of my treatment. I returned at 12.40pm & still waiting to be seen, the time is now 1.25pm. Angry as i have had to cancel another appointment as i wouldn't be there on time.. Not good enough.. At 1.30pm i enquired how much longer i would be waiting, after going back & forward a staff member came out & said that she had stuffed up by taking wrong patient in, she said it would be 10 minutes, i feel it's going to be a lot longer as those 10 minutes have passed. It's now 2.00pm & guess what, I'm still waiting. Why lie to me saying it would be 10 minutes when you knew it would be longer.... not happy.
