Years of surfing took a toll on my knees I was recommended by a friend to see Nach and I am so thankful I found him, not only did I get relief from the pain but he was also invested enough to help me with a plan and personalised exercise plan to avoid future or recurrent injuries. It was clear that Nach is very passionate about what he does, constantly investing in maintaining the most up to date techniques and industry standards he is sure to be able to assist weather you put your neck out watching tennis or you are an elite athlete!

I have seen Nach for a variety of ailments requiring different forms of therapy including soft tissue techniques, dry needling and manipulations. I have found after each visit a significant relief from pain and improved mobility due his treatments and recommendations. Nach is a very welcoming practitioner he is always thorough with his assessments and a true professional. He made me feel calm during treatment and confident moving forward that we could have a very positive outcome with my recovery.
