CBA - Dulwich Hill Branch: Appaling customer service and inexperience staff. Will not going back and changing Banks. Only women staff.

The customer service is great, I did not need to wait for long in line to see someone. Nicole was amazing with explaining how to open an account and was extremely helpful and patient with my lack of any financial understanding. I really appreciated the staff help. You should take into consideration that if you go to a bank which is open at limited hours with limited staff at a popular time you will need to wait a while.

Service at this bank is non existent. Waited 25 minutes in line for them to then tell me they dont know who knows how to to a travel money card and proceeded to walk around asking any any staff know how to do it. Finally out of 5-6 staff they came back to say nobody here knows how and I would have to wait another 30 minutes till they had somebody who can assist. I dont know how har it is but Im assuming you select the amount Im after in whatever currency then Id swipe my card to convert it over
